These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MiniDraw application ("the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About the app

MiniDraw is a drawing and coloring application designed for children, available on iPhone and iPad (iOS). It is made and published by Ilya Davudov, an independent developer based in Azerbaijan ("we", "us"). The app provides drawing tools, coloring pages, color palettes, stickers, and background music. Everything your child creates in the app is stored locally on your device.

2. Content delivered from our server

Drawing kits and their coloring pages, stickers, palettes and music are delivered from our own server, which is why new kits can appear without updating the app. An internet connection is needed the first time a kit is opened; after that the kit stays on the device.

We may add, change, or remove kits and other content over time, including content that is part of Premium. We try to keep what you already have, but we cannot promise that every kit stays available forever. Drawings your child has already made remain on the device and keep opening.

3. Eligibility and parental consent

MiniDraw is intended for use by children with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a child to use the app, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on the child's behalf.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to download and use the app for personal, non‑commercial purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

5. In‑app purchases and subscriptions

MiniDraw is free to download and includes free content. Premium unlocks the themed drawing kits and their stickers, and is offered as an auto‑renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a single one‑time purchase. Every purchase sits behind a parental gate.

  • Price and period. The price of each plan, and the period it covers, are shown in the app before you buy and on the App Store product page. Prices vary by country and may change; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
  • Payment. All payments are processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Auto‑renewal. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • One‑time purchase. The one‑time purchase does not renew and is not charged again. It can be restored on another device with the same Apple Account using Restore Purchases in the app's settings.
  • Managing subscriptions. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time: open Settings on your device, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  • Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store refund policy.
  • Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited if you purchase the subscription before the trial ends.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, modify it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content included in the app — including illustrations, stickers, music, icons, and software — is the property of Ilya Davudov or his licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Pictures your child draws belong to your child.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or compatible with every device.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of MiniDraw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to the app and terms

We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
